Apple Worldwide Developers Conference (WWDC) 2022 is set to begin on June 6 and will continue till June 10. Rumour mill is up and running with last-minute speculations leaking all over the internet. The Cupertino-based tech giant is expected to reveal iOS 16 and macOS 13 among other OS upgrades at the upcoming event. According to previous reports, iOS 16 is expected to introduce some significant changes to the iPhone that might include — lock screen widget support, an always-on display, and a notification system overhaul. However, Apple has shared no information regarding the major updates that will be included in these operating systems and these new features will be confirmed only when the company makes it official. As per a new report by Bloomberg‘s Mark Gurman, Apple might reveal the colourful MacBook Air which is likely to be powered by the M2 chip. Moreover, the company might also introduce some design changes in macOS 13 at the WWDC 2022 event.

Apple is likely to release the first developer beta for this operating system soon after the announcement. The beta version will reveal if the company is planning to introduce an iOS-inspired Settings app on the Mac.
