Apple AR glasses: What to expect
The report doesn’t share a lot of details about the upcoming Apple AR glasses, however, it is expected to depend highly on iPhones due to their design limitations. Moreover, in 2019, popular analyst Ming-Chi Kuo said that the rumoured Apple Glasses will act as a display for the iPhone.
Moreover, the report also suggests that Apple has already started planning the second generation of the AR/VR headset which is expected to be unveiled along with the AR glasses in late-2024. Meanwhile, the first-generation AR/VR headset is likely to arrive by early-2023.
The report also mentions that Apple might host a special media event in January 2023 to launch its first-gen AR/VR headset. As per the report, Apple is expected to start offering the development toolkit two to four weeks after its debut. However, it is important to note that Apple has not shared any details either regarding its AR/VR headset or its AR glasses, yet.
