According to the company’s latest regulatory filing, Anil Kumar Goel sold 20,000 shares of Panama Petrochem during January-March 2022 period.
Goel held 7,60,000 equity shares or 1.56 per cent stake in the company as of March 31, 2022. However, he held 7,80,000 equity shares or 1.60 per cent stake in the company for the quarter ended December 2021.
Incorporated in 1975, Panama Petrochem a manufacturer and exporter of petroleum specialty products. Panama Petrochem has four manufacturing units in India namely in Gujarat, Maharashtra and Daman.
Shares of Panama Petrochem jumped about 4 per cent to Rs 297.50 on Thursday. The counter has gained about 35 per cent in the last one month.
Another Dalal Street veteran, Damani has stayed put at the counter. He owned 6,16,379 equity shares or 1.26 per cent stake in the company for March 2022 quarter, which is same to his stake in the preceding quarter.
He also kept his stake constant in Goldiam International at 1.58 per cent during the two quarters. However, the numbers of his shares increased after the equity dilution.
