Alienware launches its thinnest gaming laptops with 11th-generation Intel processors and Nvidia RTX 30-series graphics – Times of India

Expanding its gaming laptop lineup, Alienware has launched its X-series gaming laptops. The new lineup includes a 15-inch and a 17-inch model dubbed as Alienware x15 and Alienware x17, respectively.
Alienware x15 and Alienware x17 are the thinnest Alienware laptops till date, the company said in a statement. The company also claims that the Alienware x15 is the world’s most powerful sub-16mm 15-inch gaming laptop.
The new lineup is powered by Intel’s latest 11th-generation H-series processors and Nvidia GeForce RTX 30 series graphics.

Apart from this, the company has also confirmed the availability of its recently announced Alienware m15 R6 gaming laptop

Alienware x15 and Alienware x17: Specifications
As mentioned, both the laptops are powered by 11th-generation Intel Core H-series mobile processors and up to Nvidia GeForce RTS 3080 GPU. The x15 supports maximum graphics power of 110W, while the x17 can handle up to 165W.
The laptop also comes with Thermal Control Circuit offset which allows them to maintain an optimal thermal temperature for better overall performance. This also gives users the option to choose from five power states — Full Speed (max power), performance mode (graphics priority), balanced mode (balanced CPU/GPU), battery saver (low-temperature priority) and quiet mode (acoustics priority).
Both the laptops are available in two display options — an FHD panel with 360Hz refresh rate and a 4K panel with HDR400 support. Also, all configurations of these laptops include Windows Hello IR camera for face login.
Various panel options also include features like ComfortView Plus, hardware-based, low-blue-light technology to help reduce eye strain without sacrificing display quality.
Alienware has also updated its AlienFX stadium lightning with LEDs and it now comes with up 100 micro-LEDs on x17 and 90 on x15.
