About the host

Jeremy Maggs is a media specialist with a career spanning forty years in television, radio, and print. He is also widely known for his role as presenter of the international hit show Who Wants to be Millionaire. Until recently, he hosted television news channel eNCA’s weekday lunchtime news programme before stepping down in early-2021 to co-found Bold – a strategy and reputation management enterprise which is part of the independent Brave Group.

Apart from his time in front of the camera, Maggs also has extensive media management experience. He acted as editor-in-chief of eNCA for 12 months in 2019. Prior to that, he was editor of Radio 702’s Eyewitness News eight eight years.

Maggs also hosts Moneyweb’s popular FixSA podcast.
