It’s been less than a month since John Wick Chapter 4 premiered worldwide. As we continue to ride this fan fervour, the creators are already teasing the spin-off prequel series, The Continental. Scheduled to launch later this year, Peacock TV has revealed the first poster of the show. You can check it out and find out more details about The Continental, right here.
The Continental first look revealed
Peacock TV has released two posters for The Continental. The first one was dropped yesterday and featured a picture of the buttons of an elevator headed for the 9th floor. Contrasted against the dingy, green colour, is a splash of blood. Engraved are the words “Prepare for Check-In.” The picture was posted with the caption “Prepare to be floored.” The second poster features a blood-stained doorknob, with a Prepare for Check In tag hanging from it.

The Continental is a prequel spin-off to the John Wick movies
The Continental is a chain of hotels featuring in the John Wick franchise, as a hideout ground for the gangsters and underworld. Within its doors, are a world of its own with its own rules, where you cannot “conduct business.” Winston Scott, the manager of this chain of hotels, serves as an ally of John Wick. The Continental will be dealing with the rise of Winston Scott, and what made this iconic chain of hotels what it is today in the John Wick universe.
The Continental will be a 3-episode show, set to launch via Peacock TV and Prime Video, towards the end of this year. Colin Woodell has been cast as Winston Scott; a character originally portrayed by Ian McShane in the John Wick movies. Ayomide Adegun will be appearing as the late Lance Reddick’s character, and Winston Scott’s concierge, Charon. Being a prequel series, we might not get to see Keanu Reeves reprising his character in the show.
