The story is moving at a great pace till now, with Mizuto and Yume getting closer and closer. In the previous episode, Kogure Kawanami approaches Mizuto and assures him that he has no intention of getting close to Yume by using him. The next scene takes place during the fitness exam, where Yume tries to push her limits in order to cope with Akatsuki Minami. Yume almost falls down, but Mizuto catches her. Yume asks Akatsuki to keep her bad performance in sports a little secret between them, to which she agrees. Mizuto tries to lighten the mood by being funny, and Akatsuki tells Yume that he is always nice when it comes to her.

Akatsuki discusses with Mizuto how things are working between him and Yume now that they are siblings. He says that they both are trying their best to avoid anything that makes things awkward. While Mizuto and Akatsuki prepare food for Yume, they discuss how things would be difficult for him as Yume is his sister now. After Akatsuki leaves, Mizuto holds Yume’s hand, and she falls asleep while he remembers the time when they used to date. After she wakes up, Mizuto takes her temperature, and she turns out to be completely fine. Yume was faking her illness just to get Mizuto’s attention.
