After announcing the GTR 2 New Version in India, Amazfit is set to bring the GTS 2 New Version to the country. The smartwatch has been listed on Amazon India, revealing key specifications and features of the upcoming watch. The Amazfit GTS 2 New Version will be an incremental upgrade over the original GTS 2, launched in 2020.
The GTS 2 New Version comes in a square-shaped case less rounded than the GTS 2, and the watch has a curved bezel-less display. There is no word on the GTS 2 New Edition screen size, but we expect it to be the same as the GTS 2 at 1.39-inches. The smartwatch is said to have a sleek and slim design. The GTS 2 New Version is expected to be water-resistant up to 5 metres. Further, the watch has a 180-degree rotation feature to be worn on either the left or right hand. And you can also set a lock on the watch. The GTS 2 New Version will come in Midnight Black and Petal Pink colourways.
Coming to the fitness aspect of the upcoming smartwatch, the GTS 2 New Version will come with a SpO2 sensor, heart rate monitor and sleep tracking. Also, users will be able to monitor their heart rate for the whole day and even stress levels. The GTS 2 New Version will come with 90 built-in sports modes and smart recognition. Further, the smartwatch will also have a PAI health assessment system in-built.
Amazfit’s upcoming smartwatch will come with an in-built microphone and speaker for receiving calls on the watch. Moreover, the watch comes with support for Alexa and an offline voice assistant.
Amazfit GTS 2 New Version boasts a 246mAH battery, which will last up to 6 days and a maximum of 3 days on heavy usage. The smartwatch comes with 3GB of onboard storage and packs features such as weather, timer, alarm, stopwatch and more. The Amazfit GTS 2 will be compatible with the Zepp companion app.
