The fad of mixing our very own chai with a few mint leaves may seem surreal to die-hard chai lovers, but the Michelin-star chef recently took to Instagram to upload a story of him pouring chai in a cup with mint leaves. You can perform this experiment on your chai by just adding one extra step to your tea making process. You may either boil the mint leaves first in water and then add tea leaves and milk to it once the water has a greenish tint, or you can even wash the mint leaves thoroughly and add them directly to the cup with your chai on top and let it fuse together in the cup itself.
