NEW DELHI: Redmi K50 is official now. Xiaomi has expanded its mid-range smartphone lineup with the launch of the Redmi K50 in China. The smartphone sports a 2K Dolby Vision OLED display and is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity processor. The smartphone sports a 48MP camera and it comes with 67W fast charging support.
Redmi K50 comes with a starting price tag of RMB 2,399 (Rs 28,681) and it will go on sale in China starting March 22. Customers can purchase the smartphone in Black, Silver, Iridescent, and Green colour options.

Redmi K50 comes with a 6.67-inch 2K OLED display with 1400×3200 pixel resolution and 120Hz refresh rate. The display is protected with a coating of Corning Gorilla Glass Vitus on top.
The mid-range smartphone is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Dimensity 8100 chipset paired with 8GB/12GB of RAM. Redmi K50 comes in two storage options — 128GB and 256GB.
The smartphone runs Android operating system topped with the company’s own layer of MIUI 13. The smartphone features a triple rear camera with 48MP main sensor, 8MP ultra-wide lens and 2MP macro lens. You will also get a 20MP front camera for selfies.
Redmi K50 comes equipped with a dual speaker and IR sensor. The smartphone is backed by a 5,500 mAh battery with 67W fast charging support
