NEW DELHI: OnePlus is likely to soon expand its audio devices portfolio in India. According to reports, the company is set to launch OnePlus OnePlus Buds Z2 true wireless earbuds in the country. These are the same earbuds that OnePlus launched in China in October this year along with the OnePlus 9RT. The earbuds come with active noise cancellation and feature a 11mm driver unit.
OnePlus Buds Z2: Expected price
According to tipster Yogesh Brar(@heyitsyogesh), OnePlus Bud Z2 wireless earbuds are likely to be priced under Rs 6,000 in India. This means the buds will compete with earbuds from Nothing, Oppo, Xiaomi and Realme which have similar-priced TWS earbuds. The earbuds launched in Obsidian Black and Pearl White colour options in China.

OnePlus Buds Z2: Specifications
OnePlus Buds Z2 sport an 11mm dynamic driver unit and support Bluetooth version 5.2. The company claims that the OnePlus Buds Z2 earbuds can deliver a latency rate of 94 milliseconds. The true wireless earbuds come with active noise cancellation functionality and promise to reduce noise up to 40dB.
The OnePlus Buds Z2 features three microphones for active noise cancellation and for video calling. There’s transparency mode, which keeps the users aware of the surrounding noise. The true wireless earbuds come with IP55 rating which makes the device water-resistant.
OnePlus claims that the Buds Z2 can deliver up to 38 hours of battery life with the charging case on a single charge. The earbuds house a 40mAh battery available on each earbud and can deliver up to 7 hours of music playback on a single charge without the charging case. The charging case on the other hand packs a 520 mAh battery.
