Lenovo-owned Motorola is set to expand its smartphone lineup in India today. The company will launch Moto E40 phone today at 12pm. The handset was launched in the European market last week.
In India, Moto E40 will be available via Flipkart. The e-tailer has already created a microsite of the upcoming phone. The handset will feature triple camera setup on the back and will come with a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
Moto E40 expected specs
As said before, Moto E40 was launched in Europe last week. The Indian model is expected to come with similar features. The handset may come with a 6.5-inch HD+ screen with a refresh rate of 90Hz. The phone may have a punch-hole cutout at the front to house selfie camera.
It may be offered in two colour variants- Carbon Gray and Pink Clay. The handset may come powered by Unisoc T700 octa-core processor and run on Android 11 operating system. The device may offer 4GB RAM with 64GB internal storage.
On the rear, the Moto E40 may come with 48MP primary sensor with Quad Pixel technology for improved night photography. The smartphone may have a Google Assistant button. The device could be backed by a 5,000mAh battery.
Moto E40 expected price
Moto E40 carries a price tag of EUR 149. This roughly translates to Rs 12,900. The Indian variant is expected to be priced on the similar price point.
