Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah July 27 recap: Mahila mandal try to make their husbands swear never to touch alcohol

In the latest episode of Taarak Mehta Ka Ooltah Chashmah, Mehta Sahab and Jethalal escaped from swearing on never touching alcohol but Bhide and Dr Hathi were yet to. A careful Bhide enters his room to find Madhavi sleeping. Thinking that he is saved, as he is about to sleep she suddenly wakes up.

A scared Bhide sits in fear of the unexpected reaction and scolding that would come from Madhavi but to his surprise, nothing happens. She speaks sweetly to Bhide leaving him confused. But eventually, she somehow gets to the point and tries to make him swear to never touch alcohol but a smart Bhide starts sneezing instead.

Meanwhile, Dr Hathi pretends to have fallen asleep when Komal asks him to swear to never do ‘party-sharty’. Then she decides to message Anjali and Madhavi to know if they could accomplish the ‘kasam khilao mission’. The mahila mandal eventually decides that since they are to have fun, they should not put their husbands under any pressure and let them enjoy.

In another part of the resort, Tappu Sena is sitting by the pool and reminiscing about their beautiful time spent here with Gokuldham society. However, Sonu is a little upset thinking about the past year and how Covid-19 affected the lives of millions of people.

“Aisa lag raha hai last year kisi nay statue bola aur vo abhi tak over he nahi hua (It seems last year someone said statue and it’s still not over),” said Tappu. But Goli boasts their morals telling them to not think negatively and be hopeful that there is always light at the end of the tunnel. They all jump into the pool enjoying the moment.

Finally, the next morning the whole of Gokuldham society gets out and is about to spend a lovely day. First, they get onto a fun joy ride on a toy train and finally come for a water volleyball match among the teams of Mehta and Jethalal.
