The content drop will bring a new story, playable characters, Special Mutated Ridden, and more.
With Back 4 Blood: Ultimate Edition, you get the four Character Battle Hardened Skin Pack and some extra in-game digital items like Rare Banner, Emblem, Spray and Title in addition to the base game and the Annual Pass.
Here is the campaign trailer of the game.
Back 4 Blood: Rid the world of the Ridden
Your antagonists in the zombie horror game would be the Ridden, human-turned-zombies, and you would be one of the Cleaners. The game is playable only in first-person mode. You can use weapons, special abilities and perks. The blood and gore is going to be way lot more than L4D2.
Back 4 Blood: Gameplay modes
The game has a story-based campaign as well as online co-op multiplayer and PvP (player-versus-player) modes. Back 4 Blood supports up to four players in online co-op and eight players in PvP.
You can choose to play the campaign alone, with 3 AI teammates. But why would you want to do that? The Back 4 Blood experience is expected to be best had with your friends fighting alongside you, which is why you should go in the battle with 3 of your friends. Only 4 players in total are allowed for the campaign.
Then there is the PvP mode that lets you play with or against friends. You can choose to become either the Cleaner or the Ridden and can switch sides too.
