Xiaomi has launched the Mi HyperSonic power bank. Said to be a ‘perfect fast charging solution for all products including smartphones and laptops’, the new power bank comes with 20,000mAh battery capacity. The device comes with fast charging abilities and offers 50watt super fast charging.
With the new launch, the company has expanded its Mi range of power banks in India. Xiaomi already offers power banks under the Mi series as well Redmi series. They come in both 10,000mAh and 20,000mAh battery capacities.

Mi HyperSonic power bank 20000mAh is available at a crowdfunding price of Rs 3,499 on Mi.com starting today.
Specs
The new Mi power bank comes with a triple port design. The device features a USB Type-C port and dual USB Type-A ports. It can be used to charge laptops as well. Mi HyperSonic power bank is capable of fast charging a laptop at 45 watt (PD 3.0).
Xiaomi claims that the power bank can charge a 4,500mAh battery smartphone in just 1 hour 5 minutes of time. The power bank, on the other hand, can fully recharge in 3 hours 50 mins with 45 watt charging.
Mi HyperSonic power bank sports matte black design and is made from PC + ABS material. The device is said to be both lightweight and durable.
The power bank is equipped with 16-layers of advanced chip protection. It offers protection against short circuit protection, temperature protection, input over-voltage protection, electrostatic protection, battery over-current protection, over discharge protection and more.
There is also a low power charging mode that allows safe charging of devices with low-power output such as Bluetooth headsets, fitness bands, smartwatches etc. It can be activated by simply double tapping the power button.
