Xbox-Exclusive Quantum Break To Leave Microsoft Game Pass Soon; Here Is All You Need To Know

Xbox has updated the “Leaving Soon” section of the Xbox App for Game Pass, and Quantum Break now appears on the list. Users are reportedly surprised to find the Xbox Exclusive from 2016 on the list. Here’s everything you need to know about these latest developments.

Quantum Break leaving Xbox Game Pass soon

Quantum Break is a sci-fi 3rd person shooter, developed by Remedy Entertainment. The game is an Xbox Exclusive and continues to be available for Xbox One and Windows. However, as opposed to the popular notion that Xbox Exclusives are never removed from Game Pass, Quantum Break has made it to the “Leaving Soon” section, according to the latest update.

However, this is not the first time that an Xbox Exclusive has been removed from Game Pass. A few years back, the Forza titles were also removed from Game Pass over some dispute with its music licenses, only to be brought back later on. This makes us wonder if this removal of Quantum Break also overshadows some internal issues with the title, or if it’s just a regular end to the Game Pass life cycle of this title.

Xbox has still not announced any specific date as to when Quantum Break will be leaving the service. However, the following titles have also been updated to the Leaving Soon section.

  • The Riftbreaker
  • Moonglow Bay
  • Rainbow Six Extraction
  • The Dungeon of Naheulbeuk: The Amulet of Chaos
  • Life is Strange: True Colors
  • The Long Dark

As for the new titles joining Game Pass this month, Xbox still hasn’t revealed them yet. We do however know that the PlayStation Exclusive Ghostwire Tokyo will be joining the service this month along with a major new update.
