Witcher: Netflix Shares New Poster for Season 3, Possible Tease for the Trailer Launch

Nowadays video game adaptations have become the latest trend for new movies and TV show releases. And they seem to be working too as The Super Mario Bros. Movie keeps breaking new box office records.

Similarly, Netflix’s The Witcher series is also an adaption of CD Projekt Red’s famed video game franchise. The series features Henry Cavill as the protagonist, Geralt and has been working wonders with the fans. Unfortunately, fans were recently told that this would be Cavill’s last rodeo as Geralt, as he is scheduled to exit the series post season 3 with Liam Hemsworth taking his place.

On the topic of The Witcher Series, the show’s official Twitter account recently posted an image with the caption “Hold tight. ‘Til tomorrow.” The image sees Henry Cavill’s Geralt holding Freya Allan’s Ciri in a protective manner with Yennefer, played by Anya Chalotra, leaning onto Geralt while grabbing his arm.

Due to the caption, many are speculating that we are soon going to receive a brand new trailer for The Witcher’s Season 3. The anticipation for this trailer and the season itself is at a record high as we all know this is Henry Cavill’s last dance as Geralt. As of now, we do not know much about what to expect from Season 3. However, fans can hope that the upcoming trailer provides them with some much-needed information about Season 3.
