Warner Music France’s Live entertainment and concert production company Décibels Productions has acquired a majority stake in French talent agency Les Visiteurs su Soir.
Morgane Production, the audiovisual company and festival organiser that first invested in Les Visiteurs du Soir in 2011, will remain a key shareholder in the agency, according to a press release issued on Friday (January 20).
Les Visiteurs su Soir was founded in 1991 by Olivier Gluzman.
It works with French and international artists including Jane Birkin, Rufus Wainwright, Agnès Jaoui, Imany, Paolo Conte, Caetano Veloso, Angélique Kidjo, Pink Martini, Benjamin Millepied and the MC Solaar New Big Band project.
Les Visiteurs su Soir also works with developing artists, and acts as a consultant to festival organisers.
Décibels Productions was established nine years ago and produces concerts, comedy shows and musicals.
Chaired by Pierre-Alexandre Vertadier, Décibels Productions is a standalone division of Warner Music France.
“I’ve known Olivier for many years. His relationship with artists, his passion for quality shows and his commercial sense, enabled him to create Les Visiteurs du Soir.”
