Uttam Kumar death anniversary: Nayak to Anthony Firingee, 5 iconic films of Bengal’s Mahanayak

Uttam Kumar, one of the most celebrated actor’s of his time, also known as Mahanayak Uttam Kumar, breathed his last on July 24, 1980, after a heart attack while filming ‘Ogo Bodhu Sundori.’ He appeared in over 200 Bengali films throughout his life. He also loved music and played the harmonium.
