UPRVUNL Technician, ARO & Asst Engineer CBT date released, admit card on July 5 – Times of India

NEW DELHI: Uttar Pradesh Rajya Vidyut Utpadan Nigam Limited (UPRVUNL) has released the examination dates for Technician Grade -II, Assistant Engineer (Trainee) and Assistant Review Officer.

The Computer Based Examination for the above mentioned post would now be conducted from July 14 to 18, 2021. The admit card for the same can be downloaded from July 5, 2021 onward.

According to the notice the exam would be conducted as per the following:-

Recruitment Exam Pattern

For Assistant Engineer (Trainee): Direct recruitment to the post of Assistant Engineer (Trainee) E&M shall be made through an objective type competitive examination & interview. There shall be two parts in the question paper as follows:-

Part-I: There shall be 150 objective type questions from the syllabus of degree in relevant branch (Electrical/Mechanical/Electronics & Instrumentation/Computer Science).

Part-II: 50 objective type questions comprising General Hindi, General Knowledge and Reasoning. Negative Marking: For every correct answer 01 mark will be awarded and 0.25 marks will be deducted for wrong answer.

For Assistant Review Officer
Direct recruitment to the post of Assistant Review Officer shall be made through an objective & subjective type competitive examination. There shall be Three parts in question paper as follows:-

Part-I: 100 objective type questions based on Human Resource (HR Knowledge).

Part-II: i) 25 objective tupe questions on General Knowledge.
ii) 25 objective type questions on General English. (For every correct answer 02 marks will be awarded and 0.50 marks will be deducted for wrong answer.)

Part-III: There shall be three topics for essays both in Hindi and English each, out of which only one has to be chosen by the candidate for writing in both Hindi and English in about 250 words on the copy to be supplied. (Maximum marks 50 for Hindi essay and marks 50 for English essay).

For Technician Grade-II
Direct recruitment to the post of Technician Grade-II shall be made through an objective type competitive examination. There shall be two parts in question paper as follows:-

Part-I: There shall be 150 objective type questions from the syllabus of ITI.
Part-II: 50 objective type questions comprising General Hindi, General Knowledge and Reasoning. (For every correct answer 01 mark will be awarded and 0.25 makrs will be deducted for wrong answer.)
