It seems like it won’t be long before fans finally see the long-awaited sequel to Respawn’s Star Wars Jedi: Fallen Order.
According to the sources of Insider Gaming, the sequel titled “Star Wars Jedi: Survivor” might be featured at Geoff Keighley’s The Game Awards, which takes place on Thursday, December 8 live from the Microsoft Theater in Los Angeles.
The report further detailed that players should expect to see a preview of the title, alongside its release and pre-order date, when it will be announced at the event.
The title was first announced to be in development during the Star Wars Celebration event earlier this year, following multiple teases and hints from the EA, Respawn and Lucasfilms.
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor reportedly arrives in March 2023
Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will be accompanied by two novels. While one of them talks about the making of the sequel, the other one titled “‘Star Wars Jedi: Battle Scars” will showcase a new adventure for Cal Kestis and his Manits Crew between the events of Fallen Order and Survivor.
The book officially launches on March 7, 2023, and it won’t be long before the game arrives as well, as industry insider Jeff Grubb pointed out that Star Wars Jedi: Survivor will arrive in the same month.
So is the game.

Earlier in the year, EA had shared its release slate for FY 2023 in its earnings reports. According to its release slate, Q4 2023 is set to have a “Major IP”, “Partner Title”, “Remake” and “Sports title”.
Judging by the looks of things, the Major IP title in question might be Star Wars Jedi: Survivor, and this fits Grubb’s revelation of the game arriving in March 2023.
