Yoga and fitness are words most associated with Shilpa Shetty. Giving major fitness goals to her fans and followers, this actress keeps sharing videos and pictures of her workouts. When it comes to motivating others to stay fit, this B-town beauty believes in leading with example. Just like this video that she shared today. Shilpa can be seen working out in her gym and what’s extraordinary about the video is her willpower. The actress is squatting with 20kg dumbbell and she makes it look like breeze. Do you feel inspired?

On her Instagram today, Shilpa posted a video of her workout where she is squatting holding a 20kg dumbbell and although it may seem like a walk in the park, the actress clarifies, ‘it may look easy but the 20-kg weighted squat is no mean feat!

Here is what her post reads, “You Don’t Find Will Power, You Create It! When you put your heart and mind to something, anything is possible. I’d been aiming to achieve this for a while now, and it has finally happened. It may look easy, but the 20-kg weighted squat is no mean feat! It helps strengthen the glutes, thighs, hamstring, calves, core, knee joints, and lower back. It’s also helps burn fat. A great start to the day and week!”

Now, that’s Monday done right.

Shilpa Shetty spent her weekend in Alibaugh with her kids Samisha and Viaan. Even her mother accompanied them but Raj Kundra wasn’t a part of the trip.
