Investing.com – Saudi Arabia stocks were lower after the close on Sunday, as losses in the , and sectors led shares lower.

At the close in Saudi Arabia, the fell 0.14%.

The best performers of the session on the were Scientific and Medical Equipment House Company CJSC (TADAWUL:), which rose 4.76% or 3.30 points to trade at 72.70 at the close. Meanwhile, Middle East Healthcare Co CJSC (TADAWUL:) added 3.93% or 1.30 points to end at 34.35 and East Pipes Integrated Company for Industry (TADAWUL:) was up 2.90% or 2.10 points to 74.60 in late trade.

The worst performers of the session were Salama Cooperative Insurance Co (TADAWUL:), which fell 6.19% or 0.88 points to trade at 13.34 at the close. Al Hokair Group (TADAWUL:) declined 5.54% or 1.06 points to end at 18.06 and Allied Cooperative Insurance Group SJSC (TADAWUL:) was down 3.50% or 0.46 points to 12.70.

Falling stocks outnumbered advancing ones on the Saudi Arabia Stock Exchange by 132 to 99 and 18 ended unchanged.

Shares in Salama Cooperative Insurance Co (TADAWUL:) fell to all time lows; down 6.19% or 0.88 to 13.34. Shares in Al Hokair Group (TADAWUL:) fell to all time lows; down 5.54% or 1.06 to 18.06.

Crude oil for December delivery was unchanged 0.00% or 0.00 to $84.65 a barrel. Elsewhere in commodities trading, Brent oil for delivery in December fell 3.29% or 3.11 to hit $91.46 a barrel, while the December Gold Futures contract fell 1.60% or 26.80 to trade at $1,650.20 a troy ounce.

EUR/SAR was down 0.53% to 3.65, while USD/SAR unchanged 0.00% to 3.76.

The US Dollar Index Futures was up 0.82% at 113.17.
