redmi: Redmi 10A tipped to launch in India on April 20: Expected price and specifications – Times of India

NEW DELHI: Xiaomi recently launched its budget Redmi 10A smartphone in China. Now an online leak suggests that the company is planning to launch the handset in India soon. Successor of the Redmi 9A, the smartphone is powered by a MediaTek processor and it sports a single lens rear camera. The affordable Redmi smartphone comes in three variants and is backed by a 5000mAh battery.
Redmi 10A expected launch date and price
According to a report by Passionate Geekz, Xiaomi may launch the Redmi 10A smartphone in India on April 20. The smartphone is expected to come in two storage options. The budget smartphone is tipped to be priced under Rs 10,000 and is said to come in black, blue and grey colour options. Xiaomi has not yet made any official announcement about the launch date of Redmi 10A.
Redmi 10A specifications
Xiaomi has already launched the Redmi 10A in China. The company is expected to launch the same variant in India as well. Redmi 10A is powered by an octa-core MediaTek Helio G25 processor paired with 4GB/6GB of RAM. The smartphone comes in two stoarge options — 64GB and 128GB. Users can further expand the storage by adding a microSD card.
Redmi 10A sports a 6.53-inch HD+ display with 720×1600 pixel resolution and 20:9 aspect ratio.
The smartphone runs Android operating system topped with the company’s own layer of MIUI 12.5.
Redmi 10A features a 13MP single lens rear camera accompanied by an LED flash. The smartphone houses a 5MP front camera for selfies. The dual SIM smartphone lacks a fingerprint sensor and is backed by a 5000mAh battery.
