Realme Pad X confirmed to launch in India; the specs and likely price of the upcoming affordable tablet – Times of India

Realme teased the launch of its flagship Android tablet – the Realme Pad X – in India. Earlier today, Madhav Sheth, VP of Realme, shared a tweet showing off the Pad X in blue colour and the Realme stylus. Later, the microsite for the Realme Pad X went live, suggesting an imminent launch of the Android tablet in India.
The Realme Pad X will be available for purchase through Flipkart and Realme’s online store.
Realme Pad X was first launched in China in May. It is the third tablet from the company, followed by the Realme Pad and Realme Pad mini.
Realme Pad X: Specifications, features and expected price
Realme Pad X features an 11-inch 2K LCD with a standard refresh rate of 60Hz. The display has an aspect ratio of 5:3, a peak brightness of 450 nits, and Rheinland Low Blue Light certification. It has a quad-speaker setup. The tablet supports Dolby Atmos and hi-res audio.
The tablet is powered by the Snapdragon 695 chipset and comes with up to 6GB RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The tablet offers up to 5GB of virtual RAM. The Realme Pad X boasts an 8,500mAh battery supporting 33W fast charging through the USB-C port. It runs Realme UI for Pad.
As for the cameras, Realme’s latest tablet has a 13MP camera on the front. It also has a 8MP front camera with a 105-degree field-of-view. The front-facing camera comes with a portrait-centring feature.
The tablet comes in two storage variants – priced at CNY 1,299 (Rs15,360) for the 4GB+64GB and the 6GB+128GB storage option costs CNY 1,599 (Rs 18,999). There is no word on the pricing of Realme Pad X in India yet, but we can expect it to be priced under Rs 20,000.
