NEW DELHI: OnePlus expanded its affordable Nord series of smartphones with the launch of OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G. Coming with the starting price tag of Rs 23,999, the OnePlus smartphone sports a new design and comes in two new colour options.
The slimmest OnePlus smartphone runs Android 11 operating system and is powered by MediaTek Dimesnity 900 chipset. The mid-range smartphone comes with a full HD+ display and features a 64MP triple rear camera setup.
OnePlus Nord CE 2 5G comes equipped with an in-display fingerprint sensor and is backed by a 4,500 mAh battery with 65W fast charging support.
This latest OnePlus smartphone will face competition from the recently launched 5G smartphones from Realme — Realme 9 Pro. Realme 9 Pro comes with a starting price tag of Rs 17,999 and is powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 695 processor.
The smartphone runs Android 12 and the company has promised to roll out 2 years of Android OS update on the phone. The device comes with a 64MP triple rear camera and houses a 5000 mAh battery.
