Interested and eligible candidates can apply online through the official website – https://www.nhmmp.gov.in/ – up to 11:59:59 PM on May 31, 2021. These 2850 Community Health Officer (CHO) posts are in NHM Madhya Pradesh on contract basis.
After successfully completing the Certificate in Community Health training, the candidates are appointed to serve as Community Health Officers at sub-health centers located in remote rural areas. These institutions are not in the urban area. Therefore, only those candidates who can reside in rural areas should apply.After successful completion of training, the candidates will be appointed as a community health officer on contractual basis. On selection of candidates working on contract basis in National Health Mission, they will have to resign from their current post before taking admission for training.

Candidates will be given two opportunities to pass the Certificate in Community Health training. During the training, the National Health Mission will bear the expenses related to stipend, examination fee, etc. till the first occasion of the examination.
Trainees who have failed in their first attempt will get a second chance to appear in the upcoming examination of the same university. Candidates, if they are appointed as Trainee Community Health Officer, will be terminated as soon as they fail in the exam.
Such candidates can be appointed as Community Health Officer if they pass the examination in their second attempt at their own expense. Unsuccessful trainees in the second time also will not be eligible to be appointed to the post of community health officers.
