iQOO brought to India the Neo 7 5G which is actually a rebranded version of the Neo 7 SE available in China. Now, iQOO is all set to launch another series of phones- the Neo 8 Series but only in China at the moment.
But that’s not all, as leaks have revealed that iQOO is all set to launch its first tablet: the iQOO Pad. Both the smartphone series and the Pad have been rumoured to be launched on the same date which is expected to be May 23, 2023, as leaks suggest.
Here are the features that have been revealed about iQOO’s new phone series and the tablet.
Leaked features of the iQOO Neo 8 series
The company hasn’t revealed any details of the device nor the launch date, but there are leaks which suggest what we can expect from this series of phones.
The iQOO Neo 8 Pro is expected to feature a MediaTek Dimensity 9200+ SoC, which was launched a couple of days back. The Neo 8 Pro is expected to be the flagship phone, whereas the Neo 8 5G will have the Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC.
The phone was also spotted on the 3C certification website which suggests that the phone will sport a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 1.5K resolution and 2160Hz PWM Dimming. Talking about the camera it is a triple lens camera, but details about only the primary lens is available: 50MP 1/1.5-inch with optical image stabilisation (OIS) support. The phone will mostly be packed with a 5000mAh battery and 120W fast charging support as the leaks suggest.
These were all the revelations from the leaks about the new Neo 8 series which is yet to be launched and also the tablet. These were leaks so we can’t really rely on them completely, unless the company confirms them.
