Many players are still trying to kick butt as Kratos in God of War: Ragnarok. However, most of them have been through all the Nine Realms countless times. Players want to experience the game now as the true God of War and push through the story with all of their powers and weapons from the endgame. This can only be possible through the New Game Plus mode, which isn’t present in the hit PlayStation sequel yet.
Players can rest easy though, as Santa Monica Studio has stated that the New Game Plus should arrive in Spring of 2023 in a recent tweet. Their tweet stated that the development team knows that players are asking for it and that’s why they are happy to confirm that New Game Plus arrives in Spring 2023. More details about the mode will be shared closer to the release.

Many players must be pretty annoyed that they have to wait for another couple months before this game mode arrives. Hopefully the developers will incorporate some new and intuitive features in God of War: Ragnarok’s New Game Plus mode.
God of War Live-Action Series to be “Incredibly True to the Source Material”
As we all know, fans are getting an all new live-action series for God of War by Amazon Studios. The series will not be an origin story, and instead will follow the narrative from the 2018 hit title. Players will get to see the perilous journey experienced by Kratos and his son Atreus, which leads to the highest peak in all the Nine Realms, to spread ashes of the former’s wife.
Many fans are worried about this adaptation as they do not wish their favorite characters to be mistreated. Fortunately for them, Amazon Studios’ Head of Television Vernon Sanders has confirmed that the show “is both incredibly true to the source material, and also compelling on its own”, in an interview with Collider.
Moreover, he spoke about how the studio works well with adaptations by giving an example of Invincible and The Boys. He added that fans, who have never experienced the game before, will fall in love with the show and feel invited to it. As of now we can only be patient and see how this turns out.
