Sharing a video montage of pictures and clips on her Instagram handle on Monday, Ekta captioned it, “Love u laqu! U killed it on stage !!!! Proud buaaaaaa @tusshark89! Do not miss dad fanboying laqu.” Her video also included a picture of Jeetendra acting like a proud grandfather as he saw his grandson perform. The photograph showed the veteran actor hanging by the stage with a phone in his hand. He had a huge smile on his face as he clicked Laksshya’s pictures.
Ekta also shared videos of Laksshya’s performance on her Instagram Stories, which showed him performing with other children to Butter by K-pop group BTS, Montero (Call Me By Your Name) by Lil Nas X among other songs. She could be heard asking her three-year-old son if he is excited to see his brother on the stage. She could also be heard shouting Laqu, a nickname she has for her nephew, as he performed.
Ekta also shared on Instagram Stories a picture posted by her brother Tusshar. The photograph showed her posing with Tusshar, Laksshya, and Ravie. Laksshya also had an award in his hand for his performance that Ravie was trying to reach.
The pictures and videos posted by Ekta and Tusshar received a lot of love from their friends. Actor-turned-politician Smriti Irani shared Ekta’s video on Instagram Stories with the caption, “baby love,” and the filmmaker reposted it and wrote, “Smriti maaasi love.” Neelam Kothari commented, “adorable,” while Riddhima Kapoor and Divya Agarwal wrote “so cute” on Ekta’s post. Actor Krystle DSouza wrote, “Omggg such a star,” while poet Pooja Sachdeva commented, “Jeetu ji in the end is everything.”
Tusshar is a single father to his five-year-old son Laksshya, whom he had via surrogacy in 2016. Ekta welcomed her son Ravie via surrogacy in 2019.
