Eye Revive was developed by renowned New York ophthalmologist, Dr. Ashley Brissette, with leading support from BeyondBrand’s Wellbeing Director, and former CEO of Dr. Hauschka Skincare Inc., Mirran Raphaely.

Dr. Brissette recognized an imminent need for a product that bridged the gap between makeup removers, skin hydrators, and eyelid cleansers while addressing the current increase in consumers complaining of eye irritation, sensitivity, and dryness.

“After 24 years in the industry, I still get excited when I’m broached with a novel idea, a drive for innovation, a synergy of compelling natural and clinical ingredients, and a mission driven aim. Ashley came to me with a bold idea and despite her being an incredible subject matter expert, she was collaborative and expansive in her thinking. We both wanted to make sure that we were breaking new ground with a concept that met high standards and broad needs. Of course, it was no small undertaking to complete this project during enormous global challenges, but we tenaciously held the vision in our hearts, worked with world class designers and scientists to bring this remarkable product into life. On a mission to create a differentiated and effective product with the highest degree of integrity, Brissette teamed up with BeyondBrand’s Well-Being in-house industry leader, Mirran Raphaely, known for her specialized and forerunning product formulations. Together, the powerhouse team worked with an organically certified laboratory to co-create Eye Revive, a first 3-in-1 hydrator, cleanser, and make-up remover, free from the harsh chemicals or irritants commonly found in eyelid washes, makeup removers, and other surfactant-based cleansers.

“Through the many iterations of solution, Mirran was always incredible at responding to my questions and concerns, just a quick phone call or text away. I always felt she cared deeply about the brand’s mission. Mirran has a wealth of knowledge to draw from and her expertise in the natural products industry was a great fit. She helped me bring my vision to life and I am grateful for her hard work and collaboration,” added Dr. Brissette.

To meet Dr. Brissette’s rigorous standards, the product contains natural and clinically proven ingredients such as antimicrobial botanicals that help dissolve debris and makeup, marine extracts, fruit stem cells to nourish the skin, and plant stem cells for strong antioxidant and anti-inflammatory effects. The brand has additionally committed to using sustainable and circular packaging by sourcing post-consumer recycled materials. The Daily Practice team iterated more than 20 rounds of prototypes, revisions, and rigorous testing to perfect this game-changing product.

Daily Practice will amplify Dr. Brissette’s mission to help people take better care of their eyes through several charitable initiatives, including supporting global foundations that specifically fight blindness. Dr. Brissette hopes to eventually establish the Daily Practice Eye Care Foundation, which would provide funding for vision-saving surgery to underserved communities worldwide.
