An Indian Film Seems to Have Copied One Piece Film: Red’s Logo

An Indian film appears to have adopted a very similar logo to that of One Piece Film: Red. Titled Fire of Love: Red, the film recently released its trailer on the Zee Music Company YouTube channel. The logo of the film seems to have a strong resemblance to the popular anime film, One Piece Film: Red that released in October 2022 in India. Anime fans in India also got a Hindi dub of the film.

The similarities in the logos were spotted by the Instagram account senpaisauces. Fire of Love: Red stars actors Krushna Abhishek and Payal Ghosh in the leading roles.

One Piece Film: Red Anime fans react to this instance of plagiarism from Bollywood

Upon browsing the comments section of the trailer, specifically sorting them by newest, one will notice numerous anime fans accusing the movie of plagiarising One Piece Film: Red’s logo.

A comment reads, “Bollywood walo ko lagta hai uni chori pakdi nhi jayegi ???? Film Red ka poster chura lia” (Bollywood people think they won’t get caught for stealing. They stole Film Red’s poster), while another says, “They literally copied one piece film red logo bruh, that’s why I hate Bollywood”.

The trailer’s description describes the Fire of Love: Red as follows:

“…Fire of Love ???? RED ♥️ is a musical psychothriller narrating the story of a famous novelist Rajveer who gets lost between fiction and reality. The mystery, starring Krushna Abhishek, Payal Ghosh & Kamlesh Sawant, written and directed by Ashok Tyagi is produced by Rajeev Chaudhari, Jagannath Waghmare and Rekha Surendra Jagtap and is presented by Avantika Dattray Patil and Avantika AP Arts.”
