triple display: LG could be working on a laptop with atleast three displays: Report – Times of India

LG could be designing a laptop with not one or even two, but at least three displays, as per a report by GizChina. According to the report, the laptop design was spotted on the website of the World Intellectual Property Organization (WIPO).
Coming to the three displays as shown in the image, there will be a primary one which is the main widescreen of the laptop. The other two displays are supposed to be there on either side of the laptop’s keyboard, which makes for a compact keyboard design. As per the report, one of the displays could be used as a touchpad or as a screen that just displays the numeric buttons while the other one may be used to display additional controls like volume control and other settings etc.
Just above the keyboard is some space which could be utilised to place the laptop speakers. Or there could be another display put there, if LG is still not satisfied with three of them. Also, the rumoured laptop’s chassis will lift up at an angle when it is opened, which is supposed to make for a more efficient heat dissipation and more comfortable typing.
After quitting the smartphone business, the company is coming up with some different ideas when it comes to other gadgets. It launched its first ever gaming laptop very recently, with a 17.3 inch FHD display and Nvidia RTX 3080 graphics card. When it comes to a triple screen laptop, even rumours are pretty light on the same, so we would have to wait for the official announcement, that is, if LG is going to make one.
