Another tragic incident has left social media in tears. Last week, Dr Monika Langeh had shared a video of a 30-year-old Covid patient cheering herself up while listening to Dear Zindagi’s title track ‘Love You Zindagi’. Dr Monika also mentioned that she received Remdesivir, and plasma therapy as well.

Unfortunately, the patient did not make it and passed away on Thursday.

In her latest tweet, Dr Monika mentioned that the woman succumbed to severe symptoms of coronavirus. The Covid patients also had a child back home.

The news has also left many netizens shocked.

“I am very sorry..we lost the brave soul..Om Shanti. Please pray for the family and the kid to bear this loss,” Dr Langeh tweeted on Thursday.

In the video that Dr Monika Langeh shared, the girl swayed to the tunes of ‘Love You Zindagi’ in the emergency ward.

“Don’t lose hope,” is the moral of the story. So true.

“She is just 30-yrs-old and she didn’t get ICU bed. We are managing her in the Covid emergency since last 10 days. She is on NIV support, received Remedesivir, plasma therapy etc. She is a strong girl with strong will power and asked me to play some music and I allowed her. Lesson: Never lose hope,” Dr Monika Langeh said in the caption of the post.

The video has gone viral with over 9 lakh views so far.

On May 8, Dr Monika Langeh tweeted a medical update, saying: “She responded to the treatment well. We are planning to discharge her in the next 2-3 days from emergency.”
